Mahamanjisthadyarishta is an aqueous formulation from classical Ayurveda which is widely prescribed for the management of skin disorders. It a fermented over a period of 3 to 6 months to generate ethyl alcohol which helps in the suspension of active principles of herbs into liquid.
Properties and Uses:
It is a Vata-Kapha Shamak and Raktashodhak.
Excellent remedy for various skin disorders like Urticaria, Eripseales, Eczema, Psoriasis, Leucoderma, Ringworm, Boils, Pimples, Acne, etc.
Dosage and Anupan:
20-40 ml twice a day, mixed with an equal quantity of water, post meals.
Side Effects:
Although no such side effects are reported its always advisable to consume under medical supervision.
Shelf Life:
10 years. Bottle once opened is better advised to be consumed within 40 days.
