Properties and Uses –
Ayurvedic properties–
It is vata anulomak (Gas), arshahar (Piles), Agni Deepak – Pachak (Indigestion), Varovibandhahar (constipation).
Uses
– It works as laxative hence used in case of constipation.
– It helps to relief abdominal bloating and gas.
– As it softens stools along with improvement of intestinal movements, it helps in treatment and healing of Piles, Anal fissure and Fistula.
Dosages and Anupana –
25 – 30ml after food with warm water.
Side Effects –
Doses more than requirement may stomach disturbances and loose stools. Stricty to be taken under Ayurvedic doctor’s guidance.
Shelf Life–10 yrs.
